We all know Misha has her fears. One of them is the wind. She gets really scared when it’s crashing around.

We had a big storm push through starting Wednesday night. She did pretty good during the night. In the morning she was a bit restless. She did not want to go out in the pouring rain to do her business. I don’t blame her. I would like it either. Every time I saw her racing around the house with her ears pinned back it meant her bladder was about ready to explode.

I couldn’t take her out for her walk because it was raining too hard. So, I had to find something to distract her and to tire her out. You may not know this, but Misha is really nosy. She can’t stand a bag or box being opened in her presence. She just has to see what it is. So, I thought this would be the perfect day to put out my Christmas decorations.

Just as I predicted she could not contain herself. She was running back and forth from one crate to the next. She had to “approve” each item before it got set out. She followed me from room to room as I put things out. It was great! By the end of the afternoon, I had one tired Jack Russell Terrier.

Here’s my little helper…
