Busy Buddy Barnacle Treat Dispensing Toy Entertains Your Dog: Dog Toy Review

Share

Dogs need toys to entertain them, otherwise, they get bored.  When dogs are bored, they can be destructive.  My dog is no exception. She can get into all kinds of trouble if not kept busy. Treat toys are a great way to burn off energy and occupy a dog for several minutes at a time. The Busy Buddy Barnacle is a wonderful choice for this purpose. Treat Dispensing Dog Toys at Meal Time Misha is one of those dogs who…

Are All Jack Russells This Curious?

Are All Jack Russells This Curious?

Share

I hate to compare dogs.  Each is special and unique in their own way.  But, I’ve owned a Cocker Spaniel Poodle, a Collie, a Lab/Golden Retriever Mix, and now a Jack Russell Terrier.  No dog was as curious as Misha. Are Jack Russell Terriers the Most Curious Dog Breed? Maybe “most curious” is an exaggeration.  How about one of the most curious?  Is this something specific to Jack Russell Terriers?  Maybe terriers have a curiosity streak because of their breeding…

Kong Dog Toy: Just Reward for Wearing the Hood of Shame

Kong Dog Toy: Just Reward for Wearing the Hood of Shame

In the afternoon, she developed a slight limp.  No biggee.  She’d limp a little when she jumped off the couch or getting up after a nap….

My Dog in Black and White

My Dog in Black and White

I got tagged in one of those memes on Facebook. Seven black and white photos in seven days.  I love playing with my camera so I looked forward to the challenge. After I did the challenge, I thought “I wonder how Misha would look in black and white”?  It took a little practice so that the photos weren’t fuzzy.  But, I think I got a couple good shots in the end. I call this “Quit taking pictures of me, Ma!”…

It’s National Vet Tech Week

It’s National Vet Tech Week

Did you know that the third week in October is National Vet Tech Week?  I can’t give enough praise for the veterinary techs at our veterinarian office.  They go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to dealing with my dog. Misha’s No Good, Very Bad Emergency Veterinary Hospital Visit Although I did everything right with Misha during her first year as far as veterinarian visits are concerned, things went bad one very long night. My dad…
