Misha has been having a problem with incontinence off and on for a couple of months.  I took her in for some tests a couple of weeks ago to make sure that she didn’t have a UTI or another issue.  With other problems eliminated, the veterinarian determined that it might be due to female hormone issues.  It’s sort of like what happens with women of a certain age.  As we pass through menopause, we begin to experience a little leakage. …

This is the scene I happened upon this morning in the living room.  Misha sitting by her poor blanket strewn across the floor.  Who would have done such a thing?  (I’ll give you a hint…she has four legs…) She waited for me to come over and put the blanket in it’s rightful place.  Only then would things be back to normal.  A dog who burrows under her blanket must have her blanket in her bed!

Give me that Cheerio!

I’ve been trying to get a photo of this for some time, but I never have the camera handy when she does it.  Misha and my Mom usually share some Cheerios in the afternoon.  Every now and then, one rolls away.  Misha always knows it, too. This is Misha attempting to get one under the furniture.  She sticks her head under, puts her butt in the air, and reaches her paw as far as she can stretch it.  Eventually, she…
